• Reduces full-time teaching load requirement from 100% to three-fourths of teaching load in math, science, or computer science courses for program eligibility.

• Expands program to include teachers in schools designated as failing schools, with supplemental funding available for teachers in acute shortage areas or failing schools alongside base loan repayment amounts.
