• Defines the new annexation boundary through detailed legal descriptions referencing township, range, and section lines, including landmarks such as Widgon Road/Lee Road 171 and U.S. Highway 431/Lafayette Parkway.

• Requires a map showing the proposed annexed territory to be filed in the office of the Judge of Probate in Lee County, Alabama and made available for public inspection per Alabama Code Section 11-42-6(b).
