Alters, rearranges, and extends the corporate boundary limits of the City of Spanish Fort in Baldwin County, Alabama to annex two parcels of land.

Parcel A contains 17.94 acres located in Section 19, Township 4 South, Range 3 East, with boundaries described by specific compass bearings and distances from U.S. Highway 31 and Stroh Road.

Parcel B contains 8.0 acres in the same section with boundaries extending along the south margin of U.S. Highway 31 and other reference points marked by concrete monuments and rebar.

A map showing the proposed annexation territory is filed in the office of the Judge of Probate in Baldwin County and is open to public inspection per Alabama Code Section 11-42-6(b).

The act becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor, or upon otherwise becoming law.
