Urges the President of the United States to appoint a coordinator for implementation of the Ashanti Alert System.

Ashanti Alert notifies the public about critically missing adults aged 18-64 years, filling a gap not covered by Amber Alerts (for children) or Silver Alerts (for seniors).

Resolution references cases of Ashanti Billie (abducted September 18, 2017 from Virginia Naval base) and Aniah Blanchard (abducted October 23, 2019 from Auburn, Alabama convenience store), both in the age range not eligible for existing alert systems.

Coordinator would establish and implement federal protocol for states to use the Ashanti Alert System to prevent tragic outcomes.

Directs that a copy of the resolution be provided to the President to communicate the Alabama Legislature's support for this action.
