Commemorates the death of Thomas "Tom" Pryor Collins of Decatur, Alabama, who passed away on February 9, 2020, at age 63.

Recognizes Collins as a man of faith and integrity who served as a volunteer church worship leader, youth lay leader, gifted singer and songwriter, and devoted community member.

Notes Collins was the husband of Representative Terri Collins and retired from the Tennessee Valley Authority; survived by his wife, three children (Tracie, Tricia, and Taylor), and two grandchildren.

The Alabama Legislature expresses deep sadness at his death while celebrating his life and service to others, offering sympathy to Representative Terri Collins and his family.
