Mourns the death of Mr. John H. Dorrill, Jr., who died on January 28, 2020, at age 90 in Montgomery, Alabama.

Recognizes his 43-year career at the Alabama Farmers Federation beginning in June 1955, during which he helped establish major agricultural programs including the Boll Weevil Eradication Program, Dairy Marketing Association, and Alabama Milk Control Board.

Honors his leadership roles as President of Alabama TREASURE Forest Association's Board of Directors, President of Pike County Farmers Federation, Supervisor of Pike County Soil and Water Conservation District, and District Governor of Alabama District Kiwanis International.

Notes his 2003 receipt of the Alabama Farmers Federation Special Service to Agriculture Award and his 2006 induction into Auburn University's Alabama Agriculture Hall of Fame.

Expresses condolences to his surviving family: wife Carol Anderson Dorrill; children John H. Dorrill III, Lee A. Dorrill, and Rachel Dorrill Batrez; and six grandchildren.
