Designates the bridge on the 158 extension over Seabury Creek in Mobile County as the Marshall James Walton Memorial Bridge in perpetuity.

Marshall James Walton was a St. Paul's Episcopal School graduate and outstanding soccer player who scored 62 goals during his four years and was inducted into the school's Athletic Hall of Fame in 2018.

Walton attended the University of Mississippi studying business administration and worked for his father's company, John G. Walton Construction, where he died in an on-site construction accident.

A scholarship at the University of South Alabama honors his memory for graduates of St. Paul's Episcopal School.

The Department of Transportation is requested to determine the cost of fabricating and erecting appropriate signs or markers and install them upon receiving funds from non-state sources.
