Honors Mr. Ruble Ray Gardner on his 99th birthday celebration on March 1, 2020.

Recognizes Mr. Gardner's military service in the United States Army and Air Force, stationed in Africa, Great Britain, the Middle East, Germany, Paris, Alaska, Italy, the North Pole, Arctic Circle, and other locations.

Commends Mr. Gardner for receiving two Silver Stars, one Bronze Star, and a Good Conduct Award during his military career.

Acknowledges his post-military civilian service with the United States Postal Service and his longtime membership in the CornerStone Church of Christ in Childersburg, Alabama.
