Designates a portion of Alabama Highway 22 in Coosa County as the Private Robert A. Mooney Highway, extending from the Coosa-Tallapoosa County line to the Coosa-Chilton County line.

Honors Private Robert A. Mooney of the 81st Division, a World War I veteran who received the Distinguished Service Cross, the nation's second highest award for valor.

Recognizes Mooney's receipt of additional awards for extraordinary heroism from the French and Italian governments, and identifies him as possibly the most highly decorated soldier to have resided in Coosa County.

Names the highway as part of Alabama's commemoration of the 100th Anniversary of the Cessation of Hostilities ending World War I.

Directs appropriate officials to place and maintain signs or markers identifying the highway with the designated name.
