Commends Reverend Frederick L. Small for his accomplished pastoral career and leadership of Antioch Baptist Church beginning April 17, 2019, where membership has grown and ministries expanded.

Recognizes Reverend Small's educational achievements including an associate's degree in Religious Studies (May 2017), bachelor's degree in Religious Studies (May 2018), and current pursuit of a Master's degree.

Honors his 30 years of distinguished service in the U.S. Army as Sergeant Major E9, including service as a Chaplain's Assistant and membership in Alabama and Mississippi National Guard.

Acknowledges his previous pastoral and leadership roles including serving as pastor of Christ Temple Missionary Baptist Church in Columbus, Georgia (2006-2011) and employment with W.C. Bradley Company.

Recognizes his transformational leadership at Antioch Baptist Church, including development of new office space, revised church policies and procedures, and earning respect from his congregation and the greater community.
