Honors Mr. Ruble Ray Gardner on his 99th Birthday Celebration on March 1, 2020.

Recognizes Mr. Gardner's military service in the United States Army and United States Air Force, with stations in Africa, Great Britain, the Middle East, Germany, Paris, Alaska, Italy, the North Pole, and Arctic Circle.

Notes Mr. Gardner received two Silver Stars, one Bronze Star, and a Good Conduct Award during his military career.

Acknowledges Mr. Gardner's post-military civilian service with the United States Postal Service and his longtime residence in Childersburg, Alabama, as well as his membership in the CornerStone Church of Christ.
