Recognizes his 25th season as Music Director of the Etowah Youth Orchestras and his fourth season as Music Director of the Gadsden Symphony Orchestra in Gadsden, Alabama.

Notes his accomplishments as a guest conductor throughout the United States, clinician and speaker at national conferences for the League of American Orchestras, American String Teachers' Association, and National Association for Music Education.

Acknowledges his music performances throughout the United States including Carnegie Hall and his orchestral tours both domestically and internationally.

Offers highest tribute to Mr. Gagliardo and extends best wishes for all future endeavors.
