Amends Section 4 of Act 2019-215 to modify the Jackson County Judicial Employees Fund established in the county treasury.

Circuit Clerk of Jackson County collects additional court costs and deposits proceeds monthly into the Jackson County Judicial Employees Fund, administered by the circuit court clerk.

Presiding circuit judge directs expenditures from the fund solely for staffing the circuit clerk's office and Jackson County courts as jointly determined necessary by the presiding circuit judge and circuit clerk.

Fund expenditures support administration of the judicial system in Jackson County in a timely and efficient manner.

Act becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor or otherwise becoming law.
