Proposes a constitutional amendment allowing the Judge of Probate of Marengo County to exercise equity jurisdiction concurrent with the circuit court in cases originally filed in Probate Court, provided the judge is a member of the Alabama State Bar.

Grants the probate judge the full power and authority of a circuit court judge in cases subject to the amendment, with cases treated identically to those filed in circuit court.

Alabama Rules of Civil Procedure shall apply to cases under this amendment, except as otherwise specified by law.

Amendment is self-executing but allows the legislature to enact additional implementing legislation if needed.

Election on the proposed amendment shall be held according to Sections 284 and 284.01 of the Alabama Constitution and state election laws.
