Exempts nonresident medical professionals licensed in their home country and credentialed by the TWG 2021 Birmingham Foundation from Alabama's state licensure, registration, and certification requirements for providing health services to World Games participants and delegations during the July 2021 event and December 2020 test events.

Health care services exempted under this bill may only be provided to credentialed World Games family members at TWG-designated sites, and generally only to citizens or delegation members from the provider's sponsoring country, except FICS-credentialed providers may treat any World Games family member.

Authorizes National Olympic Committees and International Sports Federations to designate official delegates who may provide consent for hospital, medical, and surgical care to minor athletes from their teams or sports, with such consent not subject to disaffirmance due to minority and not requiring parental consent.

Prohibits the exemption from granting hospital medical staff privileges at any hospital, ambulatory surgery center, outpatient care center, or other health care facility.

The bill's provisions automatically expire and are repealed on December 31, 2021; the act becomes effective immediately upon passage and gubernatorial approval.
