• Annexes approximately 530.60 acres of land located in Sections 2, 3, and 10 of Township 22 South, Range 16 West into the city, bounded by Alabama State Road 14 and specific survey landmarks.

• Requires a map showing the proposed annexed territory to be filed in the office of the Judge of Probate in Pickens County and made available for public inspection per Alabama Code Section 11-42-6(b).
