Judge of Probate of Dallas County receives an additional expense allowance of $30,500 per annum, payable in equal monthly installments from the county general fund, effective the first day of the month following enactment.

Beginning with the expiration of the incumbent judge's term, the annual salary for the Judge of Probate increases by $30,500 per annum, paid in equal monthly installments from the county general fund.

Section 1 providing the temporary expense allowance becomes void once the salary increase takes effect upon the incumbent judge's term expiration.

The act becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
