Requires health care providers to report all vaccines administered to the State Board of Health's immunization registry through electronic interface or manual entry.

Mandates health care providers review the immunization registry before administering a vaccine unless the provider has a bi-directional electronic interface with the registry.

Exempts annual influenza vaccinations from the pre-administration registry review requirement, though flu vaccine data must still be reported to the registry.

Allows providers with bi-directional electronic interfaces to review historical vaccination information through the interface instead of manually checking the registry before each vaccine administration.

Takes effect immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor.
