Designates Alabama Highway 27 North in Geneva from the intersection of Alabama Highway 27 and Alabama Highway 52 continuing north to the Geneva city limits as the Warren Harris Beck Memorial Highway.

Directs appropriate officials to place and maintain signs or markers identifying the designated highway section.

Honors Warren Harris Beck, an insurance businessman who served as Mayor of Geneva for two years and was serving in the Alabama House of Representatives for District 87 at the time of his death.

Recognizes Beck's community service including leadership in Rotary International, the Geneva Chamber of Commerce, and the Geneva Quarterback Club, as well as 30+ years of membership at First Baptist Church of Geneva.

Directs the legislature to present a copy of the resolution to Beck's immediate family as an expression of esteem.
