Records the death of Command Sergeant Major (Retired) Bennie G. Adkins of Opelika, Alabama, who died on April 17, 2020, at age 86.

Honors Adkins' military service of more than 20 years in the U.S. Army, including over 13 years as a Green Beret in Special Forces Groups and three deployments to Vietnam.

Notes that Adkins received the Congressional Medal of Honor in 2014 for heroic actions during a 1966 battle in Vietnam and retired from the Army in 1978.
