Establishes a special order calendar for four bills to take precedence over all other matters on third reading during the third legislative day of the 2020 Regular Session only.

SB50 (Senator Ward): Revises the University of Montevallo board of trustees composition to include at least one nonresident member appointed at-large under Section 16-54-2.

SB49 (Senator Coleman-Madison): Adds an additional consumer member to the State Board of Respiratory Therapy, appointed by the Governor, under Section 34-27B-5.

SB71 (Senator Ward): Reduces speed limits in school zones to include schools located in municipalities by amending Sections 32-5A-181, 32-5A-182, and 32-5A-183.

SB102 (Senator Singleton): Authorizes the Alabama State University board of trustees to extend resident tuition rates to qualified nonresident students from other schools.
