Establishes a special order calendar for bills on third reading for the seventh legislative day of the Regular Session 2020 only, giving them precedence over all other matters.

All bills listed are sunset law reviews for various state regulatory boards and commissions, sponsored by Senator Chambliss.

Sunset review bills continue the following agencies until October 1, 2024: State Board of Auctioneers, Board of Electrical Contractors, Real Estate Appraisers Board, State Board of Respiratory Therapy, Plumbers and Gas Fitters Examining Board, Public Service Commission, Alcoholic Beverage Control Board, Board of Examiners in Counseling, Board of Heating, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration Contractors, and Statewide 911 Board.

Athletic Commission (SB40) receives a sunset review continuation date of October 1, 2021.

The resolution includes 11 bills total (SB33 through SB43) scheduled for prioritized consideration.
