• Six specified bills shall be the special, paramount, and continuing order of business with precedence over all other matters for the seventh Legislative day only.

• SB101 authorizes the Board of Nursing to establish standards for student nurse apprenticeships and issue apprentice permits, amending Section 34-12-2.

• SB111 prohibits the use of synthetic urine and urine additives to falsify drug tests.

• SB167 requires redaction of contract information from court documents released to the public in elder abuse cases and clarifies that elderly persons of sound mind or body may hire legal counsel for representation, amending Section 38-9F-6.

• SB3 expresses legislative intent relating to expenditure of funds by the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources under the Gulf of Mexico Energy Security Act of 2006.
