SB158: Appropriates from Children First Trust Fund for fiscal year ending September 30, 2021, with tobacco settlement revenues deposited within 30 days and appropriations conditional on tobacco revenue receipt.

SB160: Appropriates funds to Coalition Against Domestic Violence and requires an operations plan and audited financial statement with quarterly and end-of-year reports.
