Creates the Second Amendment Preservation Act to protect the right to keep and bear arms under the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution and Alabama Constitution.

Declares all federal acts, laws, orders, rules, and regulations that infringe on the right to keep and bear arms invalid and void within Alabama, including the federal Gun Control Acts of 1934 and 1968, firearm registries, taxes on firearms, and confiscation orders.

Prohibits state public officers and employees from enforcing any federal restrictions on firearms, firearm accessories, or ammunition.

Makes it a Class A misdemeanor for any federal official, agent, or employee who enforces such restrictions within Alabama.

Provides private citizens a cause of action for declaratory judgment and damages against any person or entity attempting to enforce federal firearm restrictions, and becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval.
