Amends Section 11-22-16 of the Code of Alabama 1975 to provide an alternative dissolution procedure for public park and recreation boards organized in a county.

Allows county-organized park boards composed of property originally acquired under Chapter 18 and located entirely within a municipality to be dissolved and transferred to that municipality with majority vote of the municipal governing body and county commission adoption of a resolution.

Requires the park board to transfer all funds, assets, and real property title to the municipality within 90 days after approval by both entities.

Transfers all corporation liabilities and existing employees to the municipality upon completion of the asset transfer.

Requires filing of a certificate of dissolution with the county probate judge after asset transfer is complete, and allows a separate contract to be executed to manage the orderly transition of assets, liabilities, and employees prior to dissolution.
