• Alters and extends the corporate limits of the City of Centre in Cherokee County, Alabama to annex specified territory on the west side of Weiss Lake.

• Annexes portions of Section 9 and Section 10 in Township 10 South, Range 9 East, including the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter and Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 9, and the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 10.

• Excepts six specific tracts of land from the annexation, with detailed boundary descriptions including bearings, distances, and elevations based on a 565-foot datum plane established by the United States Coast and Geodetic Survey as adjusted in January 1955.
