• Elevates the offense to a Class C felony if the flight results in crossing state lines into a neighboring state or causes physical injury to innocent bystanders while committing a separate felony.

• Makes the offense a Class B felony if the flight or evasion causes serious physical injury or death to any other person.

• Requires mandatory driver's license suspension for 6 months to 2 years upon conviction of either subsection (a) or (b).
