• Adopts and incorporates into the Code of Alabama 1975 all general and permanent laws enacted during the 2019 First Special Session, 2019 Regular Session, and 2020 Regular Session as contained in specified cumulative supplements and replacement volumes (Volumes 3-22A).

• Initially adopts Volume 22L (Local Laws Marshall to Mobile Counties) and adopts 2019 and 2020 cumulative supplements to local law volumes covering all Alabama counties.

• Makes five specific corrections to code sections, including fixing typographical errors in Sections 16-6G-7 and 37-11C-4, correcting regulatory references in Section 34-23-77, and correcting a scrivener's error in Section 45-22-243.08 related to Cullman County tax distribution.

• Declares this adoption constitutes continuous systematic codification of the entire Code of Alabama 1975 and expressly provides the act does not affect any 2021 session statutes.

• Requires authenticated supplement and replacement volumes to be transmitted to and filed with the Secretary of State, who shall maintain custody and certify portions upon request for applicable fees.
