Appropriates $389,327 from the Education Trust Fund to Lyman Ward Military Academy in Camp Hill, Alabama for fiscal year ending September 30, 2022.

Appropriation is subject to provisions of the Budget and Financial Control Act and The Budget Management Act of 1976 under the Code of Alabama 1975.

Requires an operations plan for fiscal year 2022 with goals and measurable performance indicators, approved by the Director of Finance, before funds are released.

Requires an audited financial statement for all operations during fiscal year 2020 before fund disbursement.

Mandates quarterly reports comparing actual to planned expenditures and accomplishments, and an end-of-year performance report to be submitted to the Director of Finance and forwarded to the Legislative Council.
