Sheriff of Talladega County receives an additional expense allowance of $10,000 per annum, payable from the county general fund starting the first day of the first month following the act's effective date.

Beginning with the expiration of the incumbent sheriff's term, the annual salary for the Sheriff of Talladega County increases by $10,000 from the county general fund, at which point the $10,000 expense allowance becomes null and void.

Act becomes effective immediately following passage and approval by the Governor or upon becoming law otherwise.
