Creates a new crime of "doxing" that involves intentionally electronically publishing personal identifying information with intent to cause harassment or harm.

Defines personal identifying information to include home address, work address, phone number, email address, photographs of children and their schools, and any information enabling location or contact.

Applies heightened penalties when doxing targets law enforcement officers, firefighters, or public servants, with intent to impede their governmental functions.

First violation is a Class A misdemeanor; second or subsequent violations are Class D felonies.

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
