• Alters, rearranges, and extends the boundary lines and corporate limits of the City of Bay Minette in Baldwin County, Alabama.

• Annexes nine tracts of land (Cougar Oil, Graham, Harbison, Jaye, McKenzie, Pierce, Pimperl, Richards, and Wise properties) into the city's corporate limits with detailed legal descriptions and PIN numbers for each tract.

• Requires a map showing the proposed annexed territory to be filed in the office of the Judge of Probate in Baldwin County and made available for public inspection per Alabama Code Section 11-42-6(b).

• Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor, or otherwise becoming law.
