• Amends Sections 34-27A-15 and 34-27A-55 of the Alabama Code to require real estate appraisers renewing their licenses to pay any late renewal, application, or filing fees imposed by the board.

• Modifies § 34-27A-15 to specify that appraisers obtaining renewal licenses after the September 30 deadline must pay late renewal fees as set by the board.

• Modifies § 34-27A-55 to authorize the board to establish late filing fees and other fees for appraisal management companies, in addition to application fees.

• Effective date is the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
