Amends Section 13A-7-4.3 of the Code of Alabama 1975 to expand the definition of "critical infrastructure" to include pipelines, mining operations, beneficiation infrastructure, and mining infrastructure.

Creates a new Class C felony offense for damaging critical infrastructure property or interrupting infrastructure operations during the commission of unauthorized entry.

Establishes a new Class C felony offense for committing unauthorized entry of critical infrastructure while possessing or operating an unmanned aircraft system with an attached weapon, firearm, explosive, destructive device, or ammunition.

Maintains the existing Class A misdemeanor penalty for basic unauthorized entry of critical infrastructure.

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
