Authorizes the Randolph County Commission to set the coroner's annual salary at up to $1,000 per month, effective beginning the next term of office, with adjustments allowed for subsequent terms commencing January 2027 and thereafter.

Permits the county commission to authorize the coroner to participate in retirement and county health insurance under terms determined by the commission, with benefits requiring approval at least 60 days prior to the first day for qualifying for election.

Allows the county commission to provide reasonable and necessary expenses, supplies, and either a cell phone stipend or county-provided cell phone for coroner office operations and duty performance.

Requires the coroner to submit an annual report to the county commission after the close of each fiscal year on September 30, and at other times requested, in a format determined by the county administrator.

Repeals Act 2004-273 from the 2004 Regular Session effective beginning the next term of office of the coroner.
