Proposes a constitutional amendment to delete Geneva County from Constitutional Amendment No. 429 and Constitutional Amendment No. 759, which grant economic development powers to specified Alabama counties and municipalities.

Removes Geneva County from the list of counties eligible for local economic and industrial development authority, including land acquisition, improvement, and conveyance powers for industrial sites and related infrastructure.

Includes a savings clause protecting all actions taken by Geneva County under Amendment No. 429 or Amendment No. 759 prior to this amendment's ratification.

Provides that Constitutional Amendment No. 772 (a statewide economic development amendment) will continue to apply to Geneva County after deletion from the named-county amendments.

Requires a voter election on the proposed amendment in accordance with Alabama election law, with ballot language describing the deletion of Geneva County from the economic development amendments.
