• Imposes an additional $100 fee on the service of failure to appear warrants executed by Marshall County Sheriff's deputies or the Sheriff in Marshall County.

• Fee is assessed against a defendant upon conviction and collected by the circuit court clerk in the same manner as other court costs, with discretion to waive for good cause shown.

• Distributes collected fees as follows: $35 to the Sheriff's Office Law Enforcement Fund, $15 to the circuit court clerk, and $50 to Marshall County General Fund for jail operation, maintenance, and debt service.

• Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and gubernatorial approval.
