Converts the $600 monthly expense allowance for the Shelby County Property Tax Commissioner to salary effective October 1, 2021, the next term of office.

Repeals Act 2006-240 from the 2006 Regular Session, which previously authorized the expense allowance.

Entitles the Property Tax Commissioner to receive the same uniform cost-of-living increases and compensation adjustments granted to other Shelby County officials.

Ratifies and confirms all cost-of-living increases and uniform compensation increases granted to the Property Tax Commissioner prior to this act's effective date.

Becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor.
