Prohibits employers from taking adverse action against employees or potential employees based on immunization status related to non-FDA approved vaccines, experimental vaccines, vaccines in research protocols, or coronavirus vaccines.

Allows current employees, former employees, or potential employees to pursue civil action against employers for violations, with available remedies including injunctive relief, back pay, and punitive damages.

Prohibits public accommodations and facilities operated or maintained by the state or political subdivisions from refusing entry to individuals based on immunization status.

Defines "immunization status" as having received or not received vaccines for coronavirus or other immunizations lacking full FDA approval or given as part of research protocols.

Becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor.
