Prohibits state and local government entities from issuing vaccine or immunization passports, passes, or standardized documentation certifying immunization status, except as required by Chapter 30 of Title 16 or other applicable state law.

Prohibits state and local government entities from requiring individuals to receive immunizations or present immunization documentation as a condition for receiving government benefits, services, or entry into government buildings, except as required by Chapter 30 of Title 16 or other applicable state law.

Prohibits any entity or individual doing business in Alabama from refusing to provide goods or services or deny admission to individuals based on their immunization status or lack of immunization documentation.

Becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor or upon otherwise becoming law.
