• Increases annual base salary for Coffee County Judge of Probate from $75,000 to $85,000 for those first elected or appointed on or after March 8, 2021.

• Increases annual base salary for Coffee County Revenue Commissioner from $75,000 to $85,000 for those elected on or after March 8, 2021.

• Increases annual base salary for Coffee County Sheriff from $75,000 to $85,000 for those elected or appointed on or after March 8, 2021.

• Provides incumbent judges of probate and sheriffs holding office on the effective date a $10,000 salary increase beginning with their next term of office.

• All affected salaries remain subject to future adjustments authorized under Chapter 2A of Title 11, Code of Alabama 1975.
