Designates a portion of U.S. Highway 84 in Sanford as "The Private First Class LaFelt Brannon Memorial Highway," beginning at the intersection of U.S. Highway 84 and County Road 42 and continuing south to the corporate limits of Sanford.

Honors Private First Class LaFelt Brannon of the 104th Infantry Division for his service in World War II, including his receipt of two Purple Hearts, Bronze Star, Combat Infantry Badge, and various European campaign medals.

Recognizes Brannon's post-military career as an award-winning local artist who painted folk art and donated paintings to raise funds for local Honor Flights for veterans visiting Washington D.C. memorials.

Directs appropriate officials to place and maintain signs or markers identifying the named highway segment.

Adopted by the House on March 18, 2021 and by the Senate on April 1, 2021.
