Honors the West Autauga Water Authority and its three founders: Mr. Julius E. Bone (Chairman), Mr. J.W. McCullough (Secretary Treasurer), and Mrs. Ovetta Sheppard Caver (Vice Chairman).

Recognizes that the Authority was established on December 15, 1986, by citizens from West Autauga County, with the board holding its first meeting on December 22, 1986.

Acknowledges over 30 years of service and unwavering commitment by the West Autauga Water Authority to benefit citizens of Autauga County.

Dedicates the resolution to the Authority and its founders with utmost gratitude, admiration, and regard.
