Commemorates the death of baseball legend Henry Louis "Hank" Aaron on January 22, 2021, at age 86.

Recognizes Aaron's career achievements including 755 home runs, 2,297 RBIs, 1957 National League MVP award, and induction into the National Baseball Hall of Fame.

Notes Aaron surpassed Babe Ruth's all-time home run record of 714 with 715 home runs and received the Presidential Citizens Medal from President Bill Clinton and the Presidential Medal of Freedom from President George W. Bush.

Acknowledges Aaron's post-baseball roles as Braves Senior Vice President and Assistant to the Braves President, and his business ownership of eight Arby's franchises in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Extends condolences to Aaron's surviving wife Billye, five children, and extended family on behalf of the Alabama Legislature.
