• Mourns the death of Command Sergeant Major (Retired) Bennie G. Adkins of Opelika, Alabama, who died on April 17, 2020, at age 86.

• Honors Adkins' military service of more than 20 years in the U.S. Army, including over 13 years as a Green Beret in multiple Special Forces Groups with three deployments to Vietnam.
