Honors Danny Kendall Johnson, a 20-year-old from Huntsville, Alabama, who died in a vehicle crash caused by an impaired driver; he was an All-State quarterback and football scholarship recipient at Alabama A and M University.

Recognizes the foundation created by Danny's parents to impact the community and state through legislative involvement and support for families affected by impaired driving incidents.

Foundation provides public information regarding legislative laws concerning individuals driving while asleep, drunk, or under other impairments.

House adopted the resolution on March 2, 2021, and Senate adopted it on March 9, 2021.
