Designates the bridge on Bent Creek Road over Interstate 85 in Lee County as The Medal of Honor Recipient CSM Bennie G. Adkins Memorial Bridge.

Honors Command Sergeant Major Bennie G. Adkins, an Opelika, Alabama resident who served more than 20 years in the United States Army, with over 13 years as a Green Beret in multiple Special Forces Groups.

Recognizes Adkins' heroic actions in a 1966 Vietnam battle for which he received the Medal of Honor in 2014, the nation's highest military award.

Notes that Adkins retired in 1978 at the rank of Command Sergeant Major, earned three degrees from Troy University, and operated an accounting firm in Auburn.

Requests the Department of Transportation coordinate with local governing officials to fabricate and erect appropriate signs or markers memorializing Adkins' accomplishments and service.
