Commends Mr. Ron Pinson of Chilton County High School upon his selection as Alabama's 2021 Principal of the Year.

Mr. Pinson has served as principal of Chilton County High School for four years and previously served as assistant principal for five years, with a total of 21 years in education.

Mr. Pinson earned a Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree from Auburn University at Montgomery and a Master's Degree in Instructional Leadership from The University of Alabama.

Under his leadership, Chilton County High School was named one of the top 100 high schools in the state and achieved a five-point gain on the school's state report card in one year.

The Legislature requests that Mr. Pinson receive a copy of this resolution as evidence of sincere appreciation and esteem.
