Commends the Hatton High School Girls Basketball Team for being the Alabama High School Athletic Association Class 2A State Championship Runner-Up.

Team achieved a 26-4 season record, was undefeated at home with a 6-0 regular season area championship, and ended ranked fourth in state.

Team accomplishments include Final Four appearance at Bill Harris Arena in Birmingham, Northwest Regional Champions at Wallace State, Sub-Regional Winner, and 2A Area 14 Tournament Champions.

Names 9 student athletes on the roster: seniors Dru Bradford, Mallory Lane, Josie Harville, Grace Johnson, and Kamie Kirk; juniors Lillie McGregor and Kassidy Lewis; sophomores Dagen Brown and Kailyn Quails; and freshman Chloe Gargis.

Recognizes Head Coach Chasta Chamness, Assistant Coach Bailey Morrison, and school support staff including Principal Anthony Inman and Athletic Directors Chasity Carroll and Chasta Chamness.
